Every project below was designed, dug, plumbed and planted by our own crew.
One Crew, One Point of Contact
From the first dig to the winter close-down. Every line below is run by the same team that keeps our own 10,000-koi facility alive.
A pond that did not exist yesterday, dug and plumbed by our own crew.
Full design and build, from excavation and plumbing to filtration, rockwork and planting.
The sound and movement of water with no standing depth — ideal where children play.
The visits that keep water, filtration and fish where they belong.
Scheduled visits that keep water parameters, filtration and fish health where they belong.
One agreement covering every visit, opening and close-down for the year.
Full drain-downs, muck removal and pressure washing, with the fish safely held.
Long Island runs to a calendar, and so does the pond.
Restart, clean and rebalance the system so the season begins on stable water.
Close down safely — aeration set, nets fitted and equipment protected from the freeze.
Planting schemes that shade, filter and finish the pond without taking it over.

How a Koi Market Build Runs
Five stages, one crew, and a quote that holds from the day you sign it.
We walk the space with you — grades, sight lines, sun, drainage and how you actually want to use the garden. Free at our Dix Hills facility, $500 on site.
Layout, depth, filtration spec and planting, priced as one fixed number. No allowances that quietly grow once the digging starts.
Our own crew digs, plumbs and sets every stone. No subcontractors, and one site lead you can reach directly for the whole build.
The system is commissioned, cycled and balanced before a single koi goes in — the step most builders skip and every fish pays for.
You are shown how the system runs, given written parameters to watch, and offered an annual plan so you never have to think about it again.
Most builds run eleven to fourteen weeks from the first walk-through to handover.
We stopped going away at weekends. The whole family ends up out by the pond — it turned the least used part of the garden into the only part anyone wants to sit in.

Paying For It
A pond is a capital project and then a running one. Both can be spread.
Terms are set per project and confirmed in writing with your fixed quote — nothing here is an offer of credit.
