(If you plan on changing your registration information, it is advised that you call Koi Market 1st to verify the credits you had available in your registered account). Once verified, you can then proceed to change your information).

Earn Koi Market Koi Cash Credits with the purchase of any product in our store, Koi Cash Earnings are different for each and every item. Just browse our website and choose the product you want to buy, note the KOI CASH symbol next to that item to see how much Koi Cash you will earn for each item that you buy.

1 Koi Cash dollar is = to $1.00 real dollar. Koi Cash credits are not refundable and can only be used to purchase items at www.koimarket.com. There is no cash value for Koi Cash outside of Koi Market and they cannot be refunded for any reason.

Koi Cash Credits cannot be used at the time of the initial purchase, Koi Cash can only be applied as a credit once your order has been shipped and your credit card has been charged. Once shipped, allow 1-3 days for the credit to be applied. Items purchased with Koi Cash Credits are non refundable and cannot be returned.

Using Your Koi Cash Credits

To use your Koi Cash Credits, checkout normally (as if you were buying a new product). You will be prompted to add your credit card information. Whether you are using Koi Cash Credits to fully purchase or partially purchase items, the credits will be deducted in the final stage of your checkout. If your Koi Cash Credit is more than your purchase(s), your credit card will not be charged for the transaction and the Credits will be deducted from your overall Koi Cash Credits.

Certain restrictions apply regarding product return once a partial or full use of the credit obtained from your initial purchase is used to purchase another item on www.koimarket.com.

- If the initial product purchased is approved for return, following return policy procedures (See Customer service Policies). The amount of the partially used or full credit will be deducted from the return.
