Customers must register on the site with legitimate name, address, working email, in order to qualify and eventually receive Koi Cash Reward Credits. Koi Cash Reward Credits will be applied to your registered account, Koi Cash Reward credit amounts can only be seen when logged into your account. Koi Market LLC cannot be responsible for Koi Cash Rewards earned if the user does not provide accurate and active registration information.

Koi Market LLC cannot be held responsible if Koi Cash Reward credits are lost due to the changing of registration information. (If you plan on changing your registration information, it is advised that you call Koi Market 1st to verify the credits you had available in your registered account). Once verified, you can then proceed to change your information).

Just browse our website and choose the product you want to buy, note the KOI CASH REWARD symbol next to that item to see how much Koi Cash Reward you will earn for each item that you buy.

1 Koi Cash Reward dollar is = to $1.00 real dollar. Koi Cash Reward credits are not refundable and can only be used to purchase items at www.koimarket.com. There is no cash value for Koi Cash Reward outside of Koi Market and they cannot be refunded for any reason.

Koi Cash Reward Credits cannot be used at the time of the initial purchase, Koi Cash Reward can only be applied as a credit once your order has been shipped and your credit card has been charged. Once shipped, allow 1-3 days for the credit to be applied. Items purchased with Koi Cash Reward Credits are non refundable and cannot be returned.

To use your Koi Cash Reward Credits, checkout normally (as if you were buying a new product). You will be prompted to add your credit card information. Whether you are using Koi Cash Reward Credits to fully purchase or partially purchase items, the credits will be deducted in the final stage of your checkout. If your Koi Cash Reward Credit is more than your purchase(s), your credit card will not be charged for the transaction and the Credits will be deducted from your overall Koi Cash Reward Credits.

Certain restrictions apply regarding product return once a partial or full use of the credit obtained from your initial purchase is used to purchase another item on www.koimarket.com.

- If the initial product purchased is approved for return, following return policy procedures (See Customer service Policies). The amount of the partially used or full credit will be deducted from the return.

- All return Shipping charges are paid for by the customer, Koi Market LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges
