The Custom Koi Model Story
I like many of you have a passion and obsession for Koi. As a child my father and I built our first pond together and began our Koi collection and to this day, Koi are the bond we both share deeply and passionately. Like many, I wanted to get involved in the Koi trade and have spent countless hours researching my options from breeding to wholesale. Through this research and following the trends of the business over the last 5 years, I came to the conclusion that the market was flooded with incredibly experienced breeders and wholesalers and that I was a bit too late to the game. If I was going to get involved with Koi, it would need to be in an untapped area of the trade.
Knowing the Koi Hobbyists passion for Koi, I wanted to come up with an idea that enhanced the experience by letting the Koi Hobbyist enjoy their Koi beyond a pond setting. Perhaps even immortalize a prized Koi that was the pride of your herd or had passed away. This thought process brought me to the conclusion that I would figure out a way to provide Koi enthusiast with a Custom Koi model that they would be proud to have displayed in their home or business establishment.
Koi Market LLC is very proud to offer Koi enthusiasts something amazing! A first for the Koi industry and a first for the art world in general. Koi Market presents a fully Customizable Koi Model. Every Koi Model built is a one-of-a-kind work of art hand carved from kiln dried mahogany wood. Our artists build each Koi based on specifications provided by you.
