Ich Out from Microbe Lift is a proven, safe and effective cure for Ich and other protozoan koi and goldfish diseases. Ich Out is used for Ichthyophthirius, Cryptocaryon, Costia, Chilodonella, Oodinium and Amyloodinium. Ich Out can also be used to treat fungus infections in pond fish.

Application Rate:

Dose at the rate of one teaspoon (5 mL.) for each 20 gallons (76 L.) of water, or one fluid ounce per 120 gallons (454 L.).
Prior to the initial use of MICROBE-LIFT/Ich-Out a partial water change of 20% or more should be made; this water change should be coordinated with the period when the diseased fish are showing the least number of cysts (spots).
Carbon filtration must be removed during treatment. (CAUTION: Do not stop other filtration.) Treatments may be repeated, following the recommended water change, at least every 24 hours.
As with the initial dosage of MICROBE-LIFT/Ich-Out the best results can be expected if the water change and dosage are performed when the diseased fish are showing the fewest cysts (spots).
Treatment in a separate quarantine (Q/T) tank is strongly recommended.

General Information

Microbe-Lift Parasite Treatment is an effective blend for the treatment of Ich and similar parasitic diseases. It is safe and will not burn. Microbe-Lift Parasite Treatment contains three anti-parasite ingredients and other medication to help reduce the chances of secondary infections. Also contains a topical healant and a slime coat stimulator tot help mend and protect damaged tissue.

Microbe-Lift Parasite Treatment will not discolor or cloud pond water. Carbon filtration should be discontinued during treatment. A partial water change done at the beginning and end of treatment is recommended.

This product will not damage existing beneficial bacterial colonies. This product is intended for use with all pond, ornamental, and aquarium fish and may not be used with fish intended for human consumption.

Treatments

Since parasites hatch over a continuous timeframe after pond water is over 65°F, several treatments are needed to ensure parasite elimination. First treatment encounters parasites on outer surfaces of the fish to release them and kill first hatchlings. Second and third treatments kill the hatchlings and free swimming parasites (tomites). Space treatments 48 hours apart.
